the staff was great! they upgraded our room to a big one with a dressing room.
i paid two different prices for the same room. for the same service. they charged me 205 usd extra making the cost high. the food quality was very bad. even the drinks without soda were bad.

The laundry service was reasonably priced. house keeping was also great, i really liked that. mohammed magdi at reception kept my families in nearby rooms. That was very helpful! there were lots of bars with snacks and drinks around the hotel and the aqua park.
The amusement park team was very rude. they would not let my 12-year-old daughter play because she weighs 89 kilos. The rules stated 90! i found this upsetting, she was really sad. the bed was uncomfortable and wobbly, also the pillows were terrible.

The aqua park was nice.
The room was not great. The bed felt wobbly, and the pillows were terrible. I had trouble sleeping. I also noticed the staff weren't always friendly. One bartender, in particular, seemed annoyed all the time.

I found the variety of pools excellent. A huge aqua park with waterslides catered to both kids and adults. The fun fair and VR games provided lots of entertainment (especially the VR section with well-designed games).

The hotel included multiple pools and a large aqua park. Water slides catered to both children and adults. There were also kiddy pools, water surfing, bumper boats, and a water obstacle course. The fun fair, vr games, and kids' bike rides provided additional entertainment, alongside a very interesting museum.
The selection of tv channels was limited. Only one english channel was available, a slight inconvenience .
